Thembeka is currently working for the Bank of America Regulatory Advisor. She has over 18 years of experience advising some of the top companies listed on the JSE on the South African Regulatory framework including the JSE Listings Requirements, Takeover Regulations, the Companies Act.

Thembeka was the first black female JSE Approved Executive and she is currently a member of the JSE Issuer Regulation Advisory Committee.
