Sizakele is a qualified Finance professional with experience in development finance, project finance, and financial analysis. She currently works for the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) where she is responsible for conducting due diligence, monitoring the implementation of projects and business partner finance.

She has previously worked for the Women’s Development Bank (WDB) as well as the National Treasury, where she was responsible for the financial and capital expenditure (capex) projects oversight of all Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), Water Boards (WBs) and other State-Owned-Companies (SOCs).

Sizakele has been a member of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa IoDSA since March 2016 and has served as a Non-Executive Director at Synexa Life Sciences (Pty) Ltd. She holds a Master’s in Finance and MBA Degrees.
